Gloria is an Advocate and tax Consultant with extensive experience in legal, tax, and
corporate advisory services. She brings practical consulting expertise across legal
advisory, tax planning, and corporate structuring, supporting businesses in navigating regulatory requirements and making informed strategic decisions.
As a Founding Partner of GO Consulting, she takes the lead on delivering integrated
advisory solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. She oversees the Tanzania and Africa operations of the company, managing regional consulting delivery, client advisory services, and cross-border engagements across African markets.
She is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society, the Tanzania Association of Tax Consultants, the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIArb) and the East Africa Law Society, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and regional legal standards.
Her practice integrates legal precision with commercial insight, enabling businesses to
navigate regulatory frameworks and achieve sustainable growth.
Okechukwu Onyemem Benedict

Ben is the Founder of B.O.C Ltd. UK. A project management firm with a strong focus on international business expansion, investment advisory, international tax compliance and cross border consulting services.
He plays a key leadership role in facilitating strategic market entry and expansion initiatives, particularly supporting clients seeking to enter and scale within African markets. Due to relevant consulting experience gained over a 12 -year career with major consulting firms, he
has specialised in bridging UK and European business interests with emerging opportunities across Africa, enabling structured investment pathways and regulatory-aligned expansion
strategies.
In addition, he leads the UK and European operations of GO Consulting, where he supports international clients in navigating African market entry, investment structuring, and cross border compliance frameworks.
His work is characterised by a strong focus on practical execution, strategic advisory, and
building sustainable international business linkages between Africa, the United Kingdom, and
